Belazu Banquet May 2020
We had a total ball doing this massive banquet for over 2000 people to raise funds for Chefs in Schools, a charity for which I am a trustee.
Yotam Ottolenghi, Angela Hartnett, Jeremy Lee, Mr Lyan, Ramael Scully, Helen Graham, Josh Katz and I all had to provide a course for the virtual banquet which had musical entertainment and comparing by Henry Dimbleby.
People who took part reported it to be exhilarating, fast, furious and utter chaos in their kitchens as they attempted to keep up and cook from a booklet of all of our recipes.
