My new cooking course - Feasting at Home: Seasonal, Sustainable, Simple

Over the past six months I’ve been working away on my first online cooking course made with Create Academy - it contains a series of 24 beautifully-shot bitesize videos, each around 10-15 minutes in length, sharing my approach to feasting at home in an entertaining, seasonal and simple way.

The course brings you right into my kitchen, where you’ll learn how to easily cook for a crowd and bring joy to your table with delicious food. You'll pick up all sorts of secrets, insights, knowledge and tricks that I’ve learnt over the years, from how to bring flavour into your food to planning a menu - all while wasting less, eating better and drinking a few killer cocktails along the way.
